Hope and Sleep Quality - A Cross-cultural Issue?

Is being hopeful associated with better sleep quality? Is this relationship similar across cultures?
​
My collaborators and I have investigated this relationship in the samples of university students from HK and the US. Our results found a significant correlation between hope and sleep quality, and the variables accounting for this correlation differed across these cultural groups.

AI Chatbot on Mental Health
​
This project, led by Prof. Paul Wong from University of Hong Kong, aims to assess the feasibility and acceptability of a Cantonese LLM-based chatbot. Its impact on mental health changes, including positive mental health outcomes, and changes in attitudes towards AI would be investigated.​
