Hope and Sleep Quality - A Cross-cultural Issue?
Is being hopeful associated with better sleep quality? Is this relationship similar across cultures?
My collaborators and I have investigated this relationship in the samples of university students from HK and the US. Our results found a significant correlation between hope and sleep quality, and the variables accounting for this correlation differed across these cultural groups.

AI Chatbot on Mental Health
This project, led by Prof. Paul Wong from University of Hong Kong, aims to assess the feasibility and acceptability of a Cantonese LLM-based chatbot. Its impact on mental health changes, including positive mental health outcomes, and changes in attitudes towards AI would be investigated.
